SEBI issued the notification regarding Industry Standards on Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
The following has been stated
To enhance ease of doing business, the Industry Standards Forum (“ISF”), comprising representatives from ASSOCHAM, CII, and FICCI, under the guidance of Stock Exchanges, has developed industry standards in consultation with SEBI. These standards aim to facilitate the effective implementation of disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”). The industry associations (ASSOCHAM, FICCI, and CII) and stock exchanges will publish the industry standards note on their respective websites.
Listed entities are required to adhere to these industry standards to ensure compliance with Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations.
Stock Exchanges are directed to communicate the contents of this circular to all listed entities and ensure compliance
