Neha Dewan is a Qualified Company Secretary, holding membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) graduate from Delhi University. She brings around fifteen years of work experience which includes association with Tecnova, Sannam S4, TMF Group, KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Her previous work assignments provided her exposure on matters related to business advisory and set up services for various international clients, taxation, due diligence, audit and assurance services.
She handled advisory and compliance assignments related to Entity Incorporations, Foreign Direct Investments, legal, corporate secretarial and post setup registration matters in India for various client entities in past. She has joined Mehta & Mehta as an Associate partner for Delhi NCR region.
