The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/297 dated March 10, 2026, issued a corrigendum to rectify certain typographical, textual, and numbering errors in its earlier notification dated January 20, 2026 relating to amendments in the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations). The corrigendum has been published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and proper interpretation of the amended regulatory provisions by listed entities and other market participants.
