Ms. Swati Agarwal is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has more than 12 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial and Legal fraternity.
She pursued Executive MBA in International Business from IIM’s Calcutta. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Commerce & Bachelor’s in Law.
She has rich experience of working with IT companies and held key managerial positions during her stint. She excels in corporate law compliance applicable to private and public companies. She also brings diverse experience of contract management wherein she managed compliance of laws applicable to overseas contracts from inception to end. She has worked with MNCs like Accenture and Zenta and with subsidiaries of major Indian Stock Exchange NSE.
She has good exposure of working with clientele from France, Germany, Netherland, UK and USA.
