CS Dipti Mehta is a seasoned corporate and legal consultant with over 25 years of professional experience. She is the Co-Founder of Mehta & Mehta, a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS), and a Registered Insolvency Professional. She also holds a Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law from INSOL International.
She began her career with The Thane Electric Supply Company Limited, a listed company, where she served for five years in key roles including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Administrative Manager, and Company Secretary.
She has extensive expertise across a wide range of corporate and legal domains including FEMA,SEBI Regulations, Listing Agreements, ESOPs, Buybacks, Restructuring, Due Diligence, Winding Up , Service Tax , Labour Laws and Intellectual Property Rights covering Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights.
She has been actively involved in several esteemed industry bodies. She was a member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and has also served as a member of the Law and Arbitration Committee of the Indian Merchant Chamber (IMC), the Maharashtra State Council, and the National SME Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and is also a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
