MCA vide notification dated 11th January 2022 amended the Companies (Registration Offices & Fees) Rules 2014 to Companies (Registration Offices & Fees) Amendment Rules 2022.
They are effective from 1st July 2022.
Table B with higher and additional fees has been entirely substituted.
Also higher additional fees shall be leviable on delay of filing of Form INC-22 or Form PAS-3 on two or more occasions within a period of 365 days from the date of filing of last belated e-form for which additional fee or higher additional fee was payable.
However if higher additional fees is payable, additional fees shall not be payable. Also higher additional fees is not payable on e-forms filed before the commencement of Companies (Registration Offices & Fees) Amendment Rules 2022.
