MCA Update : MCA relaxes additional fees on filing of AOC-4 and MGT-7 upto Feb 2022

Dear All,
Please note MCA vide Circular dated 29th December 2021 extended the time period for filing of following Forms upto February 2022 without paying Additional Fees:
