Ms. Kanchan Sharma is an Associate Member of ICSI with over 7 years of experience in the field of Compliance, Secretarial and Legal. She is also a qualified CMA, holds her Bachelors in Law and Business Management and holds a certificate from NISM in Investment Management. Besides, she is experienced in handling incorporation, corporate legal consultancy, HR and placement services,due diligence, government liasioning, FEMA, business setup services, startup advisory and compliances under the Companies Act & SEBI LODR.
She has been associated with the Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI and has hosted events for the chapter in the past. She is currently associated with the Institute as a Career Awareness Programme (CAP)volunteer to help students make a wise career choice.
