She has over 7 years of experience in the corporate secretarial domain, with expertise in SEBI and stock exchange compliances, corporate governance, and providing strategic support to the Board and senior management. She has worked with both listed and unlisted companies and has handled diverse roles including secretarial audits, drafting and vetting of agreements, and compliance management.
Outside of her professional life, she takes a keen interest in fitness, personal development, and spending quality time with her family.
