Ms. Prerna Badalia, is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and MBA in Finance. She has over 9 years of work experience at Chartered Accountant firm, BSE listed NBFC, broking firm, Trustee and private equity. Her core area of practice is related to Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, Stock Exchange i.e. BSE, NSE, MCX and MCX-SX.
She has handled corporate action like Bonus/Declaration of Dividend/Preferential Issue. Having hand on experience in Corporate Restructuring including inter alia incorporation, takeover, conversion of status of companies, merger, Further Issue, etc., in a company.
She has good exposure in private equity and can handle drafting and review of Investment Management Agreement, Private Placement Memorandum and various other legal documents and formats at the time of new investment, conducting due diligence, structuring, preparation of the term sheet, Memorandum of Understanding and finalization of the Shareholders’ Agreement. As she worked for Trustee so overall managing client database and their requisition time to time to manage the fund effectively.
She is also Certified Yoga Instructor from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and has completed 900 hours Advance Teacher Training Program.
