Previously, she has worked with Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited and has experience in the fields of Incorporation of Company/ LLP, Increase of Capital, conducting Board and Annual General Meetings, compliance of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement (LODR), Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporation) Regulations, SEBI Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, Companies Act, etc.
