Schemes of Arrangement by Listed Entities and (ii) Relaxation under Sub-rule (7) of Rule 19 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957
In case of scheme of arrangement by listed entities, relaxation is granted to comply with the provision of Rule 19(7) of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 by amending certain provision of SEBI circular No. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21.

Disclosure by listed entities of defaults on payment of interest / repayment of principal amount on loans from bank / financial institutions, debt securities, etc.
All the listed companies are required to give disclosure to all the stock exchange where the shares of the companies of listed, the disclosure of defaults occurred in payment of interest and repayment of principal amount to banks on quarterly basis. This circular will come into effective from October 1, 2017.
