His vast experience includes assisting Insolvency Professionals, performing duties as a Court Officer while handling CIRP as a going concern and liquidation of the corporate debtor, appearing before the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, advising and assisting under the Companies Act and SEBI Act, implementing mergers, demergers and handling inspections and investigations.
