She pursued Executive MBA in International Business from IIM’s Calcutta. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Commerce & Bachelor’s in Law.
She has rich experience working with IT companies and held key managerial positions during her stint. She excels in corporate law compliance applicable to private and public companies. She also brings diverse experience in contract management and has managed compliance with laws applicable to overseas contracts from inception to end. She has worked with MNCs like Accenture and Zenta and with subsidiaries of major Indian Stock Exchange NSE.
She has good exposure to working with clientele from France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and the USA.
