SEBI vide its Master Circular dated 13th September, 2022 came out with a consolidation of circulars pertaining to Surveillance on Securities Market in order to ensure availability of comprehensive information mentioned in the circulars.
SEBI in the circular said that this Master Circular will supersede its previous Master Circular dated 01st March, 2021.

This circular is issued with the approval of Competent Authority and is applicable to all Recognized Stock Exchange, Depositories, Listed Companies, Market Intermediaries registered with SEBI under Section 12 of the SEBI Act, 1992 and Fiduciaries as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
