SEBI Update – Extension of timelines for submission of offsite inspection data

SEBI has issued circular regarding Extension of timelines for submission of offsite inspection data

The following has been stated Extended timeline: Mutual Funds now have 15 days instead of 10 days to submit quarterly offsite inspection data.RTAs’ obligation: They must submit data on an ongoing basis.Effective immediately: The changes apply with immediate effect.
