SEBI, vide its notification dated 22nd October, 2025 has amended Regulation 56(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 to mandate that debt listed entities must forward information and documents to the debenture trustee within 24 hours of the occurrence of the event or receipt of information, unless otherwise specified.
