SEBI issued circular regarding Extension of timelines for submission of offsite inspection data
The following has been stated Extended Submission Timeline:
Previously, Portfolio Managers had to submit data within 10 calendar days from the end of the quarter. Now, they have 15 calendar days for submission.Additional Data Requirement:
Portfolio Managers must provide day-wise data for the following table headings:
Client Folio AUM
Client Holding MasterPortfolio Managers shall submit data for all their clients from April 01, 2023 onwards.
The provisions of this circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
