It has been decided to defer implementation of SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/93/2017 dated August 4, 2017 until further notice. The said circular required the listed companies to give the disclosure on default of the debts and loans on quarterly basis.

Circular:
SEBI vide its circular dated September 29, 2017 made partial modification in its circular SEBI/HO/IMD/FPIC/CIR/P/2016/67 dated August 04, 2016, subsequent to the RBI circular vide circular RBI/2017-18/64 A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 05 dated September 22, 2017 has decided to exclude foreign investment in rupee denominated bonds (RDB) issued overseas by Indian corporates, from the Combined Corporate Debt Limit (CCDL).
